Iniziativa Lavin is a local initiative focused on the collaborative redevelopment of three vacant buildings in the heart of the village. The goal: to create housing, workplaces and cultural spaces that serve the community in the long term.

I initiated and shaped the project both strategically and creatively – from brand identity and storytelling to the digital experience and on-site implementation. Print materials and workshops were designed to provide clarity and enable participation from the local population.

At its core, the project brings together participation, digital tools and a strong sense of local identity.
